New Business Class

Operating between London Heathrow and Tokyo Haneda, ANA's new Business Class is inspired by modern, multi-functional Japanese living spaces. 'THE Room' offers flexible doors for personal privacy that can also be adjusted to share the space with fellow travel companions – from dining together with the family to conducting meetings with colleagues. With its bold forward and rearward seat layout, THE Room also offers a revolutionary change in space and comfort for ANA Business Class customers, offering one of the largest Business Class seating environments in the world – with a wide sofa which is double the width to previous Business Class seating. The seats are finished with three different wood finishes inspired by modern Japanese homes: Rosewood, Light Japanese Ash and Dark Japanese Ash.

Seating: Seats are 37.5 inches wide and laid out in a 1-2-1 configuration with privacy-enhancing doors and movable partition. Most importantly, though, they convert into a fully-flat bed, stretching for 80.6 inches.

Entertainment: Enjoy the latest movies and TV shows on a 24-inch 4K touch-screen TV. Seats also include universal PC and USB ports.

Standard Business Class

Operating between continental Europe and Tokyo, ANA’s perfectly staggered seat formation in Business Class provides an extra 50% more room compared to conventional layouts. As each seat is on the aisle you needn’t worry about being disturbed by other guests when working, resting or sleeping. Most importantly, each Business Class seat adjusts to a fully flat bed. Passengers are provided with an exclusive night time range that includes a large down-filled duvet, silk pillows, bed pad, exclusive pyjamas and an amenity kit.

Entertainment: The ANA on-demand entertainment system showcases the latest blockbusters, sports audio books and music – including a range of shows and films exclusive to the airline.

Food and beverage: Business Class with ANA offers a fine dining experience in the sky, with food and drink selected by famous chefs from across Japan and the world.

Lounges

• London Heathrow Airport: At London Heathrow Terminal 2, First Class, Business Class and Premium Economy Class guests can enjoy the Star Alliance Partner’s business lounges.
• Tokyo Haneda Airport: Experience comfort with the Ana Suite Lounge (First Class) and Ana Lounge (Business and Premium Economy Class) available at the newly expanded Haneda Airport, providing a variety of enhanced services, such as meals, shower booths and the business corner. The ‘Dining h’ restaurant is exclusive to Ana Suite Lounge guests at Haneda.
• Tokyo Narita Airport: Spend every moment in total comfort at the Ana Suite Lounge and Ana Lounge before your departure. Just sit back and relax; enjoy the shower rooms and massage chairs. If you need to catch up on work, there is a Wi-Fi service, and guests can also enjoy an a la carte or assorted buffet menu.
