Please note, taxis are not allowed to pick up passengers at the airport. It costs US$12 for an offical shuttle service to reach the city.
Public Transport
There is a cheap and reliable bus service that operates between Cancun Airport and downtown Cancun. There are also shuttle services shared by various hotels, but you'll need to contact your consultant or hotel directly to find out if this is applicable.
Car Hire
Car rental desks are located in the main terminal building. Companies include Budget, Hertz, Thrifty and Dollar. Talk to your consultant about booking car hire in advance.
Check-in
Check-in zones are located near the entrances of Terminals 2 and 3.
Money Exchange
American Express currency exchange counters are located in both Terminal 2 and Terminal 3, while cash machines can also be found throughout both terminals.
Business Services
Business travellers will enjoy Cancun Airport's Business Lounges, Wi-Fi access, public phones, and conference facilities.
Internet Access
Wi-Fi internet access is available free of charge in all public areas of the airport.

Terminal Transfers
Cancun Airport offers a free shuttle bus service between Terminals 2 and 3 every 10 minutes.
