Day 2: Beijing - After your arrival, take your time to settle into China and the day is at your leisure.
Day 3: Beijing - Visit the Great Wall, Ming Tombs, and enjoy a Peking Duck dinner.
Day 4: Beijing - Explore the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, and the Temple of Heaven. Experience a traditional Chinese tea ceremony.
Day 5: Beijing to Xi'an- Visit the Summer Palace, take a rickshaw ride in the Hutongs, and explore Wangfujing Street. Later in the day take a bullet train to Xi'an.
Day 6: Xi'an - Discover the Terracotta Warriors and enjoy a Tang Dynasty show.
Day 7: Xi'an - Visit the City Wall and enjoy a traditional dumpling banquet.
Day 8: Xi'an to Chengdu - Take a bullet train to Chengdu and explore the city at leisure.
Day 9: Chengdu - Visit the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and Jinli Street.
Day 10: Yangtze River Cruise - Take the train to Yichang and board your Yangtze River Cruise.
Day 11 - 13: Yangtze River Cruise - Continue enjoying your time cruising along the Yangtze river and taking in the beautiful scenery.
Day 14: Guilin - Disembark in Chongqing before taking the train to scenic Guilin.
Day 15: Li River Cruise- Take a boat tour through the countryside and enjoy the breathtaking views of the jagged karst peaks.
Day 16: Yangshuo - Explore the breathtaking countryside surrounding Yangshuo and have the afternoon at your leisure with many optional activities to choose from including cycling, bamboo rafting and hiking.
Day 17: Guilin - Travel back to Guilin and see the Reed Flute Cave, South China Pearl Factory and a walk around the Sun and Moon pagodas.
Day 18: Shanghai - Fly to the impressive and modern Shanghai with endless options for activities in one of the world's biggest cities.
Day 19: Suzhou - Explore the gardens of nearby Suzhou and cruise the grand canal before returning to Shanghai for dinner.
Day 20: Shanghai - Discover the Bund, Nanjing Road, and enjoy a Huangpu River cruise.
Day 21: Shanghai - Visit the Shanghai Museum, Yu Garden, and explore the city at leisure.
Day 22: Depart Shanghai and return to the UK
