Day 1
Fly from London to Rome
Day 1
Arrive in Rome, Italy
Welcome to the Eternal City! Upon arrival in Rome, check into your hotel and spend the rest of the day exploring at your leisure. In the evening, gather with your Tour Director and fellow travelers to kick off your Italian adventure.
Day 2
Rome
Begin your exploration of Rome with an included guided tour of the city's iconic landmarks. Start at St. Peter's Square and continue with a drive along the Tiber River, passing by the Caius Cestius Pyramid, the Aurelian Walls, and the Caracalla Baths. Enjoy a walk from the Circus Maximus to the Arch of Constantine and the Colosseum, where you can feel the grandeur of the Roman Empire.
Day 3
Rome to Pisa to Florence
Travel through the picturesque landscapes of Tuscany, featuring rolling hills, vineyards, olive groves, and charming villages. Stop in Pisa for a mini-train ride to the Square of Miracles to see the famous Leaning Tower. Continue to Florence, the birthplace of the Renaissance.
Day 4
Florence
Discover the artistic and historical treasures of Florence on a guided walking tour. Visit Piazza Santa Croce, Signoria Square, Palazzo Vecchio, Loggia dei Lanzi, and the Duomo with its Gothic Bell Tower and the Baptistry's "Gate of Paradise."
Day 5
Florence to Verona to Venice Area
Journey north across the Po River to Verona, the setting of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet." Explore the ancient Roman Arena, stroll through Via Mazzini, and wander the cobblestone streets of the city center. Continue to the Venice area.
Day 6
Venice
Experience the enchanting beauty of Venice with a boat ride to St. Mark's Square and a visit to a Venetian glassblowing workshop. Spend the day exploring at your own pace, perhaps enjoying a gondola ride or relaxing with a spritz at a café.
Day 7
Depart Venice and return to the UK
