Check-in
You can check-in at the airport from three hours and up until 60 minutes before your flight. The Japan Airlines check-in desk is located at Terminal 3, zone D, at London Heathrow Airport.

Economy Class cabins contain seats with an ample pitch of 33-34 inches and a seat width of up 18.5 inches, depending on the aircraft. Cabins also contain bamboo massage sticks for swollen feet and 10.6-inch seat-back screens. The in-flight menus include a choice of meals, refreshments, ice cream, and a range of beverages. Japan Airlines' in-flight entertainment system offers a range of on-demand movies, games and music, as well as Wi-Fi, available in all cabins. JAL is also one of the only airlines to grant Business Class lounge access to Economy Class passengers who are travelling on the early morning Haneda to London flight!
