Check-in
Online check-in is available from 24 hours until 90 minutes prior to flight departure time. At selected airports, passengers can use self-service kiosks to check in, from 12 hours until 60 minutes prior to departure. Standard check-in is available between 2 hours and 1 hour prior to departure. Business Class passengers have access to dedicated check-in counters.
Baggage Allowance
Business Class passengers also have access to separate check-in counters and the exclusive CIP Lounge.

Turkish Airlines offer the Miles&Smiles rewards program. Points can be earned and redeemed on all Star Alliance flights. Members of other Star Alliance rewards programs can earn points by flying with Turkish Airlines. Elite and Elite Plus cardholders have access to the exclusive CIP Lounge.
Economy seats are 17 inches wide and have an average pitch of 31 inches. Turkish Airlines is committed to the finest dishes from Turkish and world cuisines, all prepared using fresh, seasonal ingredients. As well as hot/cold breakfast and main meal services, Turkish Airlines also provides a snack service with a variety of sandwiches and cakes. Special meals are available but must be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure. Passengers can order a wide range of alcohol and non alcoholic beverages. Seats are fitted with individual entertainment units providing on-demand movies and TV shows.

Turkish Airlines’ Wi-Fi is free to passengers travelling in Business Class, Miles, Smiles Elite, and Elite Plus Members. Economy Class passengers have two options in order to get Wi-Fi; either £8 per hour or £12 for 24 hours.
