Public Transport
The Airtrain travels from Brisbane's Domestic Terminal and International Terminal to the city regularly. The service operates every 15 minutes during peak hour and has a journey time of approximately 22 minutes.
Car Hire
Car hire desks are located on level 2 at the International Terminal, and on level 1 at the Domestic Terminal. Companies include Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Budget, Thrifty and Redspot. Talk to your consultant about booking car hire in advance.
Check-in
Check-in zones are located on level one in the Domestic Terminal and level 2 in the International Terminal, just after the elevated road drop-off points.
Money Exchange
Travelex currency exchange stations and Travelex cash machines can be found within the Domestic and International terminals.
Business Services
Business facilities can be found within the Qantas Lounge (access conditions apply)

Free Wi-Fi is available on levels 3 and 4 at the International Terminal and on level 2 of the Domestic Terminal.

Airline Lounges

Qantas - Qantas Club lounges are located at the Domestic and International terminals. Qantas First and Business class passengers as well as various Qantas Club, Platinum, Gold and eligible oneworld members are privy to access the lounge. Lounge features vary between the terminals, and may include showers, Wi-Fi, Apple computers, lounge dining, bar service and barista brewed coffee.
Virgin Australia - Brisbane's Virgin Australia lounge is located opposite Gate 41 in the Domestic Terminal. Virgin Australia lounge members as well as Velocity Platinum and Gold members are welcome to enjoy the lounge's facilities which include showers, entertainment, free Wi-Fi, business facilities including private meeting rooms, as well as complimentary food and beverages.
Terminal Transfers
Brisbane Airport has a domestic terminal and an international terminal located just over a mile away from each other. A T-Bus shuttle travels between the terminals every 20 minutes with a journey time of 10 minutes. Alternatively, the Airtrain also runs between the terminals every 15 minutes during peak hours, with a 3 minute journey time.
