The 24 hour SkyBus runs from Southern Cross Station in Melbourne City to the airport every 10 minutes.

Car Hire

Car hire desks are located in the domestic terminal. Companies include Avis, Hertz, Europcar, Budget, Thrifty and Redspot. Talk to your consultant about booking car hire in advance.

Check-in

Check-in zones for international flights are located on the first floor of Terminal 2 while domestic check-in zones are located on the first floor of Terminals 1, 3 and 4.

Money Exchange

Travelex currency exchange stations and cash machines can be found throughout the International Terminal, before and after customs. 

Business Services

Business facilities can be found within the airport's various lounges (access conditions apply). Qantas also has a range of meeting rooms and facilities available at the airport.

Internet Access

Wi-Fi is available in most public areas and the gate lounges inside Terminals 2, 3 and 4. Access to the airport's Wi-Fi is based around a fee. Internet kiosks are also available through all terminals.

Family Facilities

Baby changing rooms are located throughout Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

Baggage

A baggage storage facility operated by SmarteCarte is available on the ground floor of Terminal 2.

Showers can be found near the toilet areas on the Departures level of Terminal 2.

Airline Lounges

Melbourne Airport is home to 3 domestic airline lounges and 6 international lounges. The following airlines have lounges located within the airport. For access to specific lounges, ask your consultant.

Qantas - Qantas has a Club Lounge located on the first floor of the Domestic Terminal (T1) and an International Business Lounge located in the International Terminal (T2). Qantas First and Business Class passengers as well as various Qantas Club, Platinum, Gold and eligible oneworld members are privy to access the lounges. Lounge features include showers, Wi-Fi, Apple computers, lounge dining, bar service and barista brewed coffee. The Business Lounge also boasts a Family Zone.

Emirates - The Emirates Lounge at Melbourne Airport is located on the third level of the International Terminal (T2). Access to the lounge is granted to the airline's First Class, Business Class and Skywards Gold passengers. Within the lounge guests can enjoy gourmet cuisine, spacious seating, TV entertainment and showers. Free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped business centre are also available.

Singapore Airlines - Singapore Airlines have a SilverKris Lounge located on the first floor of the International Terminal (T2) which is open to Star Alliance (First and Business Class) and SilkAir PPS Members flying with Singapore Airlines. Guests can enjoy dining areas complete with buffet and beverages, as well as comfortable seating, showers, Wi-Fi and workstations.
