We're flying high in The Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For!

This staff-voted accolade sees the company appearing at number 65, two places higher than in 2011. 

Flight Centre Group UK Managing Director Chris Galanty said the company was committed to ensuring its employees were happy through a range of benefits that promote a positive workplace culture.

Mr Galanty said being recognised among the Top 100 was an outstanding achievement for the company and was great for employee morale.

This year, 1082 organisations applied to achieve 'Star Status' in the awards.  Flight Centre Group UK is one of only 515 that were accredited. It achieved two star status, excelling in particular with its leadership and team ratings.
